What markets do you cover?
While Ticker has access to market data from all over the world, our investor tools are currently only available for companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. We are working on adding support for other markets.
Can't we get this data directly from the London Stock Exchange?
The LSE does not provide data in a format that is easy to embed on your website. Ticker provides a simple solution to this problem.
Is the data delayed?
Regulatory news (RNS) is live, while share price data is delayed by 15 minutes.
Can you provide a data feed, rather than embeddable widgets?
Yes, Ticker provides endpoints for both RNS and share price so that you can consume them as a feed. Drop us an email for more information.
How do email alerts work?
When you opt for a package that includes email alerts, we will provide a form for you to embed on your website. This form captures the email of people who wish to subscribe, in a GDPR-compliant way. Every time you publish a new RNS announcement the subscribers will receive an email, and can opt-out again at any time.
How does billing work?
Once you are happy with the tools we have provided and go live with them we will arrange monthly, quarterly or annual invoicing. This can be paid by bank transfer, direct debit, or card payment. VAT will be added, where applicable.
